Dr. Julien Ghannoum received his doctorate in dentistry from the Université de Montréal in 1998 and completed a multidisciplinary residency at the Hôpital Notre-Dame (Université de Montréal) in 1999. He obtained his speciality in oral and maxillo-pathology at the prestigious New York Hospital, affiliated with the University of Cornell. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, as well as the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology.

He works at the CHUM Notre-Dame Hospital and is a lecturer in oral pathology at the Faculty of Dentistry at McGill University.

He is a clinician and researcher at the CHUM (Université de Montréal) at the Notre-Dame Hospital and directs his own pathology laboratory.

He also taught pathology at McGill University until 2011 and is a lecturer in oral pathology at the Faculty of Dentistry of the same university.

Dr. Ghannoum receives and treats patients who present with sores, sores and other abnormalities, visible, of the mouth.
